Kornucopya Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Kornucopya Crowdfunding Campaigns

At Kornucopya, we are committed to transparency, trust, and responsible stewardship of all contributions-whether you are supporting us as a backer or as a donor.

1. Platform-Based Policies

All contributions made through third-party platforms are subject to the policies of those platforms:

Kickstarter & Indiegogo (Backers):

Contributions are generally non-refundable once the campaign is successfully funded. However, Kornucopya will make every reasonable effort to address concerns and provide support in line with platform guidelines.

Indiegogo - Stable Pledge Program:

If applicable, this project follows Indiegogo's Stable Pledge terms:

If any price estimates change by more than 10% after the campaign ends, backers are eligible for a 100% refund upon request within 14 days of the announcement. Indiegogo will return its platform fees, and Kornucopya remains responsible for issuing refunds.

GoFundMe & PayPal Donations (Donors):

Donations are typically non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with platform policies.

2. Kornucopya Commitment

Regardless of platform, we are committed to:

• Delivering the promised rewards and benefits whenever possible
• Communicating transparently about project progress
• Notifying contributors promptly of any significant changes or delays
• Acting in good faith to resolve any concerns

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

Kornucopya may review refund requests under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transactions
• Technical errors during the contribution process
• Failure to deliver a promised reward (after reasonable resolution attempts)
• Material changes to the project that affect the original offer

All requests will be reviewed fairly and in alignment with the respective platform's policies.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Contribution platform (Kickstarter, Indiegogo, GoFundMe, PayPal)

• Reason for request

We aim to respond within 3-5 business days.
